MEDICAMENT EXERCANT UNE ACTIVITE ANTI-ULCEREUSE, SPASMOLYTIQUE ET ANESTHESIQUE LOCALE

Médicament à activité anesthésique locale, spasmolytique et anti-ulcéreuse, étant destiné à une application par voie orale. Comme composant actif, il contient l'ester trans-2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)-cyclohexylique de l'acide 3-n-pentyloxycarbanilique de formule : ou son sel avec un acide inorganique ou organique pharmaceutiquement acceptable, de préférence, le chlorhydrate, conjointement avec une substance support physiologiquement non préjudiciable et/ou un composant antacide. The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions with antiulcer, spasmolytic and local anaesthetic action, which are particularly suitable for oral administration and contain as active ingredient trans-2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)cyclohexyl 3-n-pentyloxycarbanilate or one of its salts with a pharmaceutically suitable inorganic or organic acid and, preferably, the corresponding hydrochloride, together with a physiologically acceptable vehicle and/or an antacid component. The compositions according to the invention prevent at a daily dose of 10 to 200 mg the formation of tumours, inhibit their spread and shorten the duration of healing, the dosage being less than with conventional compositions having the same action. Combination of the active ingredient with antacid substances is particularly advantageous.
