Zusammenfassung:	A tube, preferably a plastic film tube, is pulled out on the left side of the figure from the film box (6) by motor power. A lavatory seat (32) is interrupted in its rear part by a separation gap (33). This allows the tube (14) to be pushed over the front part of the seat (32). The front part of the lavatory seat (32) is then enclosed by the tube (14). In order to allow it to be drawn off the seat (32), the tube (14) has to be opened by means of a blade (35) when it is drawn off. The two rollers and the drive for the further transportation of the tube (14) are located in the housing (6) which is closed on all sides and has an outlet slot and an inlet slot for the tube. The lavatory seat (32) ends in front of the housing (6). The tube (14) spans the distance between the lavatory seat and the housing (6). The lavatory seat (32) and the housing (6) form components to be installed separately. This design is extremely simple. It can readily be built onto existing installations. This construction allows hygiene to be increased considerably when using, in particular, public toilets.
