Zusammenfassung:	A water-sol. immunological diagnostic reagent with SG similar to that of water and consisting of separate particles of a serologically inert latex polymer on which a known serologically determinable material (I) is condensed, is prepd. by reacting (I) with an inert latex polymer contg. reactives gps. which can be converted into amide links, pref. water-insol. carboxylated styrene-butadiene or ABS in the presence of a water-sol. carbodiimide, pref, 1-cyclo-hexyl-3-(2-morpholinoethyl)-carbodiimide metho-p-toluenesulphonate. Pref. (I) are human chorionic gonadotrophin, human albumin or denatured gamma globulin.
