Zusammenfassung:	Cpds. (I) (where R is alkyl or haloalkyl; R' is H or alkyl; R" is 1-4C alkyl; Ar is phenyl or halophenyl; n is 1,2 or 3) by mixing an alkyl (halo-alkyl) thiosphonic acid dihalide with an amino acid ester in the presence of an organic solvent and a base and treating the product with a phenol and a base. Thus (I, R=Me, R'=Me R"=Et, Ar=2,4,5-trichlorophenyl and n=1) is prepd. from MeP(S)Cl2 and alpha-alanine ethyl ester hydro-chloride in CHCl3 in the presence of 2 moles Et3N, then adding 1 mole 2,4,5-trichlorophenol and 1 mole Et3N.
