Zusammenfassung:	Conveyor chains, such as those used in a bottling plant, are lubricated by means of a lubricant concentrate applicator followed by a separate water applicator. The flow of lubricant and water is independently controlled, thereby eliminating wasteful over lubrication and precluding under lubrication at a given point on the conveyor chain. Also absence of hard water in the lubricant applicator prevents formation of calcium and magnesium soaps that tend to clog the nozzle.
