Zusammenfassung:	Polyvinyl chloride series resin compositions comprising 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride series resin, 20 to 80 parts by weight of a plasticizer and 0.2 to 7 parts by weight of silicone oil, which minimize the elution of the plasticizer, and a method of manufacturing polyvinyl chloride series resin compositions which is characterized by emulsifying said silicone oil in advance with part of said plasticizer and adding an emulsion thus formed to said resin compositions.
