Zusammenfassung: | A ring shaped lollypop type confection (2), with a handle (3) is made of ice cream encased in a fried batter. The batter is made of flour, egg, milk, sugar, oil, water and salt with 5 to 30 % meringue added to it, with a density of about 0.9 g/cm . An Independent claim is given for the preparation of the confection comprising freezing the ice cream core to - 40 oC, by immersing in liquid nitrogen for about 10 seconds, then dipping into the batter mixture, followed by frying in hot oil. The completed product is then cooled and frozen. |
