Zusammenfassung: | The device for isotopic radiofluorescent analysis comprises a detector 1, disposed along the axis of the measurement head, having a protective screen 2, disposed between the face of the detector 1 and a protective cylinder 3, which surrounds the detector along its peripheral surface. The protective cylinder 3 has a central conical passage opening 4, in the surface of which are formed beds 5 for the excitation sources. Opposite the large base of the conical passage opening 4 is disposed the bed 7 for the sample studied. In the conical opening there is situated a rotating conical closure 10 with at least one opening 11. The excitation sources are of different types and are situated in different cutouts of the conical opening. The advantages of this device consist in its increased operational possibilities allowing the analysis of all determinable chemical elements to be performed according to this method, in solid, powdery and liquid samples, under conditions which are optimal for effective excitation and with high analysis precision. |
