Zusammenfassung:The water turbine is powered by water which enters the pressure chamber from the top. The pressure chamber houses two shafts and turbine rotors fitted with blades, which engage with each other at the centre of the turbine chamber. This engagement of the blades prevents the water from flowing through the centre of the turbine, but allows it to flow past the outer side of the shafts and rotors. In this arrangement, the effect of the lever-arm principle is that there are two downward lever arms acting with the water flow and one upward lever arm acting against the water flow. Measured individually, these three lever arms are equally long, causing two of them to act equally in their own individual directions, while the third acts along its full length in the correct direction.
