The present invention provides an oral pharmaceutical composition in solution form, comprising, a) a therapeutically effective amount of a piperidinoalkanol compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and b) a suitable solvent systems, comprising propylene glycol and glacial acetic acid.
