Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Cyclopentane- and -pentene- beta -amino acids of the general formula (I) in which A, B, D, E, G, L, M and T are identical or different and, with the proviso that at least one of the abovementioned substituents is H, represents hydrogen, halogen, benzyl, hydroxyl or optionally substituted alkyl with up to 8 carbon atoms, or in each case B and D, E and G or L and M together represent a radical of the formula or =N-OH, or E and G and/or B and D together represent the radical of the formula =O or =S, or B, D, E and G or E, G, L and M each together form a radical of the formula in which D' and G' have the abovementioned meaning of D and G, but do not both denote hydrogen and G and L have the abovementioned meaning V is an oxygen or sulphur atom or the -NH group, R is hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl or optionally substituted phenyl or, if V is the -NH group, is the group of the formula -SO2R , R is hydrogen, an amino protective group customary in peptide chemistry, optionally substituted alkyl with up to 8 carbon atoms, acyl with up to 8 carbon atoms, optionally substituted benzoyl, a group of the formula -SO2R or an amino acid residue of the formula R is hydrogen or optionally phenyl-substituted alkyl with up to 8 carbon atoms, or R and R together represent the radical of the formula =CHR , process for their preparation and their use as pharmaceuticals, especially antimycotic pharmaceuticals, are described.
