Zusammenfassung:The inventive methods for checking and self-checking the output of the cardiovascular system are based on recording cardio-intervals accompanied by isolation and processing RR intervals in order to characterize specific and overall indexes using a mathematical and statistical processing of numbers of RR-intervals (statistical and spectral characteristics) and also for identifying haemodinamic indexes. Examination is carried out in a rest position and at the time of each out of the three load tests (psychophysiological, breathing and dosed physical tests). After specific and overall studies of obtained data are carried out, with respect to corresponding normative data, diagnostic decisions are formulated. In addition, the following new indexes are introduced: rythmical smoothness, and the degree of conformity of respiration rates and heart beats, and conditions are established for defining the reality of the self-check (a sinoatrial rate of the heart beats of a patient and a fixed value of tic marks during the recording of a peripheral pulse wave). The inventive device for carrying out the methods for checking and self-checking the output of the cardiovascular system is embodied in the form of the peripheral pulse sensor and a complex unit based on a personal computer for data processing and display and output thereof to a printer. A seal (5) is mounted on a body of the sensor (4) and is used for placing a finger and fixing it with the aid of a shutter.
