Zusammenfassung:By means of the invention, first parties (A1, A2,...) waiting for a second party (B) to become free are controlled in a telecommunication system. In the method, a priority, i.e. an urgency value, is given to at least some of the first parties (A1, A2,...), and when the second party becomes free, the first party (A1, A2,...) in a call-back queue to which a connection is established from the second party is selected at least partly on the basis of the priority.
