In order especially to be able to meet the highest demands on sterility and hygiene without impairing the basic tightness, a one-part flat reclosable pouring element is proposed which consists of a tab 3 and a pouring spout 4, rising from said tab, a connection strap 12, hinged to the tab 3, and a closure flap lid 13 which is likewise hinged to said tab.
