The dyes are of the formula wherein R is an alkyl of at least 2 carbon atoms, alkylaryl or alkylcycloalkyl group, and R and R are independently selected form H (with no more than 1 of R and R equal to H), alkyl, alkoxy, aryl and heterocyclic groups.
