Zusammenfassung:	Derivatives of imidezole corresponding to formula I wherein X , X , Y and Y , whether or not identical can have different significancies, R is hydrogen, a methyl or phenyl group, R and R , whether or not identical represent hydrogen, a hydroxyl, alkyl or alkoxy group, it being possible for R and R together to represent a carbon-carbon bond, R and R , whether or not identical, being hydrogen or alkyl, and the tautomers and salts of these compounds, also the pharmaceutical compositions containing them. The compounds are endowed with alpha 2-blocking and/or anti-convulsive activities and are utilisable as therapeutic agents for man.
