ANTHRANILIC ACID DERIVATIVES

The medicaments contain compounds of the general structure I in which X is halogen, CF3, NO2, SOnR with R = CH3 or C2H5, n = 0-2, Y is hydrogen or halogen, R is a phenyl radical which is substituted by at least one halogen atom or by a CF3 or OCF3 group, or an alkyl radical with 6-18 carbon atoms, R is hydrogen or an alkyl radical with 1 to 8 carbon atoms, or R and R together are a saturated or ethylenically unsaturated hydrocarbon radical onto which is fused a phenyl radical which is substituted by one or two halogen atoms, in such a way that a five- or six-membered ring is formed with the N atom, R and R are, independently of one another, hydrogen, methyl or ethyl and Z is at least 1 halogen atom. The compounds I are used for treating infections by helminths.
