Zusammenfassung: | In artificial kidneys, the dialysis solution pressure in the dialyser is stabilised to a value in the range between -500 and +200 mmHg and the flow rate of the dialysis solution is stabilised to a value in the range between 300 and 1000 ml/min. The pressure and the flow velocity of the dialysis solution in the dialyser (48) are controlled by the low pressure regulator (40) arranged upstream, the flow meter (66) arranged downstream and the pump (74) arranged further downstream. The arrangement of the flow meter (66) between the dialyser (48) and the pump (74) arranged downstream prevents the pump (74) from counteracting the low pressure regulator (40) by generating a low pressure in the dialyser (48). The control is preferably carried out only by the setting of the flow meter (66) arranged downstream. The flow meter (66) is arranged upstream with reference to a branch (70), at which branch (70) a degassing line (78) is connected to the line (68) containing the used dialysis solution. As a result, control is made possible of the flow velocity through the dialyser (48) independently of the degassing apparatus (26). |
