Zusammenfassung:	A composite plasterboard and a process for its production which comprise a plaster stock and a filler incorporated therein, characterized in that the filler comprises as essential components a paper chip and/or a chip body, and the filler is oriented to lie substantially in parallel with a plane perpendicular to the thickness direction of the composite plasterboard. According to the present invention, the resultant composite plasterboard is greatly improved in respect of bending strength and screw-and nail-holding capabilites. In view of the reuse of those waste materials having today invited public attention, the invention is of great significance.
