There is described compounds of the formula in which R is hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl, R is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl or C3-6 alkenyl, and X is -CH = CH- or -(CH2)n- where n is 1 to 3, and Y is -CN or and salts thereof. The compounds in which Y is tetrazolyl possess pharmaceutical activity.
