ELECTROPLATING CHROMIUM

Chromium or a chromium alloy is electrodeposited from an aqueous bath solution which contains a chemically equilibrated thiocyanatochromium(III) complex and a buffer material. The buffer material forms a ligand of the complex in the equilibrated solution.
