Zusammenfassung:	A phenolic foam dispensing apparatus and method by which a phenolic resin component and an acid catalyst component are separately stored in containers (132 and 134) for delivery to a dispensing gun (10, 109) with a nucleating agent. Since the foam hardens rapidly, the invention solves the problem of the foam hardening while still inside the mixing chamber and gun by providing for the nucleating agent valves (20, 120) to remain open after the resin component valves (21, 121, 22, 122) close, in order to effectively flush the mixing chamber clean.
