More specifically, a highly concentrated cross-linking masterbatch is provided comprising from 40 to 70 % organic peroxide, a synthetic rubber such as EPM and/or EPDM, preferably having a propylene content of 45 % or more and a Mooney viscosity at 100 DEG C of 30 or more, and a wet-treated and/or dry-treated silica having a specific surface area of 150 m /g or more or a porous silica having a pore volume of 1.4 ml/g or more.
