When at least one of the at least one monitoring datum is greater than a threshold, an energy-storage device related to the at least one of the at least one monitoring datum is determined as a target energy-storage device. An accident type of the target energy-storage device is determined according to the at least one of the at least one monitoring datum, a first prompt message is generated, and the first prompt message is presented to a user in multiple manners. By implementing the method of implementations in the disclosure, the user terminal can control, according to a specific thermal-runaway solution, a thermal-runaway solving device to solve the thermal runaway for an abnormal energy-storage device, facilitating reducing a difficulty for the user to solve the thermal runaway for the energy storage device.
