A moving body detection device 10 comprises: a feature point extraction unit 11 for extracting a feature point from image data from an imaging device of a vehicle; an optical flow specifying unit 12 for specifying an optical flow for each feature point; a projection processing unit 13 for projecting the optical flow onto a coordinate system of a real space; a background flow specifying unit 14 for specifying a background flow from the optical flow after projection; a correction processing unit 15 for correcting the position of a start point of the optical flow after projection on the basis of a vector of the background flow, and removing an optical flow having a length equal to or shorter than a predetermined range; a clustering unit 16 for performing clustering on an optical flow, which has not been removed, on the basis of a position of the optical flow; and a moving body identification unit 17 for identifying a moving body in the image data from the clustering result.
