Zusammenfassung:	An electrolytic cell according to the present disclosure comprises: a first separator; a second separator disposed so that a space is present between the second separator and the first separator; an ion exchange membrane disposed between the first separator and the second separator, the ion exchange membrane partitioning at least a part of the space into an anode chamber and a cathode chamber; and a sealing part disposed between the first separator and the second separator, the sealing part being disposed on the outer side with respect to the outer edge of the ion exchange membrane and sealing the space.
