Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a cone penetration testing device with a probe that has a penetration cone (1) and, in particular, a surface friction sleeve (2), as well as an inclinometer and a pore pressure gauge, and having a transport linkage (4, 5, 6) that is configured to be connected to the probe at a first of its ends (7) and to press this, by applying pressure, into a ground area to be probed, and comprising a seismic measurement device (9, 10, 11, 12) for detecting seismic signals. The task of detecting the seismic measurement data via a plurality of channels is solved in that the seismic measurement device has multiple seismic sensors (e.g., pressure sensors, accelerometers, geophones) (9, 10, 11, 12), which are incorporated in one or more elements (4, 5, 6) of the transport linkage and arranged, spaced apart from one another, along the longitudinal direction of the transport linkage. The various seismic pressure sensors can feed their measurement data into a common signal conductor (15).
