Zusammenfassung: | A system, comprising: a plurality of computing devices comprising one or more processors and memory and configured to implement a content delivery network comprising an origin server and an edge server, wherein the edge server comprises a content cache configured to store content retrieved from the origin server, and wherein the edge server is configured to: receive a read-only data store and an association of a function with an event, wherein the read only data store, the function, and the association are determined based at least in part on input from a customer of the content delivery network, wherein the read-only data store comprises data specified by input from the customer for use as an input to the function when the function is executed; receive, from a client device, a request for content from the content cache or from the origin server; initiate processing of the request, wherein the processing of the request comprises encountering the event associated with the function; execute the function associated with the event, wherein the function specifies the read-only data store as an input, and wherein execution of the function comprises retrieval of the data from the read-only data store; generate the content based at least in part on execution of the function using the data from the read-only data store as an input to the function in generating the content; and send the generated content to the client device. |
