The present disclosure relates to a power demand response adjustment method and apparatus, and a computer device, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method is applied to a demand response device, and the demand response device is arranged between a wiring terminal of an electric device and a wiring of a power source line. The method comprises: acquiring real-time operation parameters of an electric device; analyzing the real-time operation parameters, so as to obtain the real-time response power amount of the electric device; sending the real-time response power amount to a power supply end, and receiving a first demand response adjustment instruction, which is returned by the power supply end when it is determined, on the basis of making a comparison between an adjustable total response power amount of an electric unit and a preset response power amount, that an adjustment demand is met, wherein the adjustable total response power amount of the electric unit is determined according to the real-time response power amount; and performing demand response adjustment on the electric device on the basis of the first demand response adjustment instruction.
