Zusammenfassung: | A partitioned excitation type electromagnetic concentration machine, comprising a separation cylinder, a tailing control inner coil, and a tailing control outer coil, wherein the tailing control inner coil is mounted on an outer wall of an ore conveying pipe of an ore feeder; the tailing control outer coil is arranged on an outer wall of a tailing control region of the separation cylinder; scavenging coils are arranged on an outer wall of a scavenging region of the separation cylinder; concentrating coils are arranged on an outer wall of a concentrating region of the separation cylinder; and the tailing control inner coil, the tailing control outer coil, the scavenging coils, and the concentrating coils are respectively connected to an electric control cabinet. The tailing control inner coil and the tailing control outer coil can form a superposed magnetic field in an overflowing space, so that all overflowing tailings can pass through a magnetic action region, the capturing probability of magnetic particles is increased, and the problem of escape of the magnetic particles caused by a region where there is no magnetic field is avoided. The direct current of the same direction is supplied to the scavenging coils, so that the magnetic particles do not vibrate and flip in a moving process, and the scavenging efficiency is high; and pulsating direct current of different directions is supplied to adjacent concentrating coils, so that the magnetic particles continuously vibrate and flip under the action of the magnetic field of the concentrating coils, and a concentrating effect is good. |
