A state self-adaptive turbine type pulse generator (100), comprising: a pulse generating apparatus (2), comprising a turbine housing (21), a turbine shaft (22) concentrically arranged inside the turbine housing (21), a turbine mechanism sleeved on the turbine shaft (22), and a valve disc mechanism disposed at a lower end of the turbine shaft (22), the turbine mechanism being capable of driving the turbine shaft (22) to rotate under the action of a drilling fluid, so that an overflow area of the valve disc mechanism undergoes periodic changes to generate a pressure pulse; and an automatic control mechanism (1), configured to control the status of the pulse generating device (2), the automatic control mechanism (1) being configured to be able to cause the turbine shaft (22) to be stationary in a circumferential direction relative to the turbine casing (21) during hybrid drilling, so that the pulse generating apparatus (2) is in a non-working state, and to enable the turbine shaft (22) to rotate relative to the turbine casing (21) under the action of the turbine mechanism during slide drilling, so that the pulse generating apparatus (2) is in a working state.
