The lithium extraction apparatus comprises a machine frame (2) and a transmission mesh belt (1); the transmission mesh belt (1) is mounted on the machine frame (2), the transmission mesh belt (1) is provided with water-permeable holes, and the transmission mesh belt (1) is used for holding an adsorbent; an adsorption area (21) and a desorption area (22) are sequentially arranged on the machine frame (2) in the direction of advancement of the transmission mesh belt (1); a brine spraying apparatus (211) is arranged above the transmission mesh belt (1) of the adsorption area (21), a desorption liquid spraying apparatus (221) is arranged above the transmission mesh belt (1) of the desorption area (22), and a lithium extraction liquid collecting apparatus (222) is arranged below the transmission mesh belt (1) of the desorption area (22); the transmission mesh belt (1) of the adsorption area (21) is folded into a multilayer structure in the vertical direction; and/or the transmission mesh belt (1) of the desorption area (22) is folded into a multilayer structure in the vertical direction.
