Zusammenfassung:Provided in the present application is a method for preparing a drug-linker conjugate. Specifically, provided in the present application is a method for preparing compound IM2, the method comprising the following steps: adding compound SM1 to a mixed solution of triphosgene and 4-dimethylaminopyridine to obtain an intermediate solution; and adding compound SM2 to the intermediate solution, and stirring the mixture to obtain compound IM2. The stability, practicability and scalability of the process are improved by means of optimizing the preparation process of IM2 and switching to the normal phase chromatographic purification that is easy to scale up.
