A battery housing, a battery pack, and a vehicle. The battery housing comprises a tray (2), at least one module cross beam (3) and a liquid cooling plate (4). A first channel (21) is formed inside the tray (2), and the tray (2) is provided with an explosion-proof valve (22) in communication with the first channel (21). The module cross beam (3) is arranged inside the tray (2), the module cross beam (3) is internally provided with an accommodating portion (31), at least part of the bottom of the accommodating portion (31) is recessed downwards to form a groove (312) capable of accommodating gas, and at least one end of the groove (312) is provided with an opening (3121, 3122) in a lengthwise direction of the module cross beam (3). The liquid cooling plate (4) is hermetically connected to an outer side of the bottom of the module cross beam (3), at least one connecting channel (321, 322, 331, 332) is formed between the liquid cooling plate (4) and the module cross beam (3), and the opening (3121, 3122) is in communication with the first channel (21) by means of the connecting channel (321, 322, 331, 332).
