Zusammenfassung:Aspects of the present disclosure include methods for dynamic real-time adjustment of data acquisition parameters of a particle analyzer. Methods according to certain embodiments include detecting light from a particle of a sample in a flow stream irradiated with a light source, generating an image of the particle based on the detected light and automatically adjusting a data acquisition parameter of the particle analyzer in response to a modulated visualization parameter for the image of the particle. Systems (e.g., particle analyzers) having a light source and a light detection system that includes an imaging photodetector and processor with memory having instructions for practicing the subject methods are also described. Non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided.
