Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an operation support device which is equipped with: a prediction unit for predicting a recommended maintenance time at which an object in an electrolytic device reaches a recommended maintenance state; and a provision unit for providing information recommending that maintenance of the object be carried out at a first maintenance time. This operation support device may further be equipped with a determination unit for determining the temporal relation between the predetermined first maintenance time, at which maintenance of the object can be carried out, and the recommended maintenance time and the temporal relation between a predetermined second maintenance time, at which maintenance of the object can be carried out, and the recommended maintenance time, wherein the second maintenance time is subsequent to the first maintenance time. When the determination unit has determined that the recommended maintenance time is subsequent to the first maintenance time and is prior to the second maintenance time, a provision unit may provide information recommending that maintenance of the object be carried out at the first maintenance time.
