Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a new and specific T-cell therapy strategy based on the use of memory stem T-cells (Tscm), in particular highly functional memory stem T-cells (Tscm) negatively selected on the basis of inhibitory receptor expression. This new cellular immunotherapy may be applied to PML patients but also to other infections or cancers for which the specific memory T cell responses are functionally impaired.
