Zusammenfassung:A fertilizer comprises an intermediate-release source of phosphorus. The intermediate- source of phosphorus may be schertelite. In one embodiment, the intermediate-source of phosphorus may consist substantially all of the phosphorous content in the fertilizer. In other embodiments, the fertilizer further comprises one or both of a slow-release and fast- release source of phosphorus. The fertilizer may be in the form of a homogenous prill. A number of methods may be used to make such fertilizers.
