Zusammenfassung:	A secure transfer system where a wallet is generated utilising a public and private key pair; whereby the private key of the key pair is encrypted; whereby the public key of the key pair and the encryption key for the private key are given to a party to a transaction; and the other party receives the encrypted private key and the public key of the transfer wallet; where a copy of the encrypted private key, the public key and the encryption key used to encrypt the private key are placed in storage. Also described is a multi sig implementation.
