Zusammenfassung:An electronic device according to one embodiment comprises: a first housing comprising a first edge facing a first direction and a second edge facing a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a second housing connected to the first housing by means of a connecting member so as to be rotatable about the first housing, and comprising a third edge corresponding to the first edge and a fourth edge corresponding to the second edge when the first housing and the second housing are facing each other; a flexible display forming the front surface of the electronic device and disposed over the first housing and the second housing; a dielectric surrounding at least a part of the periphery of the flexible display and at least partly disposed between the flexible display and the fourth edge of the second housing; a conductive member located between the dielectric and the flexible display; and a wireless communication circuit disposed inside the first housing or the second housing, wherein the fourth edge comprises a first conductive portion, a first non-conductive portion, a second conductive portion, a second non-conductive portion and a third conductive portion, a first segmental portion and a second segmental portion are formed on the conductive member so as to respectively correspond to the first non-conductive portion and the second non-conductive portion of the fourth edge of the second housing, and the wireless communication circuit may transmit and receive a radio signal by means of at least one from among the first conductive portion, the second conductive portion and the third conductive portion of the second housing.
