Zusammenfassung:Abstract The present invention relates to an online identification method for the fault of drive shaft fracture in the rocker arm of a drum-type shearer, including obtaining the shearer cutter motor's real-time three-phase current as well as the shear's real-time haulage speed to achieve clock synchronization and obtain the sampling time data synchronous to the three-phase current and the haulage speed; calculating the real-time effective value of three-phase current of the cutter motor and its change rate as well as the change rate of the haulage speed with a fixed time step in real time and synchronously; judging whether the cutter motor is in the current drop state at this time according to the change rate of the three-phase current and the effective value of the same; making an judgment by combining the change rate of the haulage speed when it is determined that the cutter motor is in the current drop state, and further, judging that the fault of drive shaft fracture in the rocker arm has occurred if the fault other than drive shaft fracture that may result in the current drop state is further ruled out. The present invention can identify the fault of drive shaft fracture efficiently and accurately through the real-time monitoring conditions for the existing cutter motor current and haulage speed, without adding any hardware device.
