Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an outdoor unit in which a control board in a control box can be easily replaced. The present invention comprises: an outdoor fan (5) for introducing outside air; a compressor (13) that compresses a refrigerant; a control board that is provided with electrical components that control the outdoor fan (5) and/or the compressor (13); a control box (20) that houses the control board; a housing (3) that houses the outdoor fan (5), the compressor (13), the control board and the control box (20); and an impermeable wall (30) that separates the control box (20) from the top plate of the housing so that an upper space (R3) is formed between same and the top plate. The control board is removable is a state in which the impermeable wall (30) is fixed to the housing (3) side.
