Zusammenfassung:Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an IGBT module, an electric motor controller, and a vehicle. The IGBT module comprises a wafer; a first heat dissipation plate and a second heat dissipation plate, wherein the first heat dissipation plate and the second heat dissipation plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the wafer in the thickness direction; the surface of the first heat dissipation plate away from the second heat dissipation plate is provided with a plurality of first heat dissipation pins arranged at intervals; the surface of the second heat dissipation plate away from the first heat dissipation plate is provided with a plurality of second heat dissipation pins arranged at intervals; and an insulating waterproof housing that covers the portions of the wafer exposed from the first heat dissipation plate and the second heat dissipation plate.
