Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the identification of biomarkers which are associated with a higher risk of advanced colorectal Neoplasia (ACN), for example colorectal cancer (CRC), in a subject. The detection and measurement of these biomarkers in a biological sample may be used to inform the clinician as to whether further invasive procedures including colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy are required to provide a definitive diagnosis of colorectal cancer in the subject.
