Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a process for producing isomalt compositions enriched in 1-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-mannitol (hereinafter 1,1-GPM) and/or in 6-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-sorbitol (hereinafter 1,6-GPS) from isomalt-containing solutions, these being solutions containing hydrogenated isomaltulose, to 1,1-GPM- and/or 1,6-GPS-enriched isomalt compositions produced by the process of the invention, and to the use of these 1,1-GPM- and/or 1,6-GPS-enriched isomalt compositions.
