Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a management assistance system capable of realizing, with high precision, comparison between: design data; and a building or a civil-engineering structure to be managed. The present invention comprises: a storage device 130 storing design data compatible with building information modeling (BIM) or construction information modeling (CIM); a measuring device 110 that performs non-contact measurement of a building or civil-engineering structure in a real space to generate point group data; and a computer device 120 that processes the design data and the point group data. The computer device 120: generates surface data representing the surface of the shape represented by the point group data; compares the design data with combined data, obtained by combining the point group data and the surface data, and updates the design data on the basis of the comparison results.
