Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to: a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting claudin 18 isoform 2 (CLDN18.2); an active metabolite of the ADC; a method for producing the ADC; a use of the ADC for treating and/or preventing diseases; and a use of the ADC for producing medicaments for treating and/or preventing diseases, more specifically, hyperproliferative and/or angiogenic diseases, for example, cancer. More particularly, the present invention relates to an antibody-drug conjugate comprising an antibody binding to CLDN18.2 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising same.
