Zusammenfassung:	[Problem] To provide a three dimensional network structure body that has excellent hydrolysis resistance and that is unlikely to degrade due to moisture in the air when used for an extended period of time. [Solution] This three dimensional network structure body is formed of a continuous filament made of a resin composition containing a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer and a phosphate glass, and has a three dimensional random loop joined structure. The phosphate glass contains P
