Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a formulation optimized for a fusion protein dimer that comprises an extracellular domain of an alpha subunit of an IgE Fc receptor and, more specifically, to an aqueous pharmaceutical formulation having a pH of 6.0-7.0, comprising a fusion protein dimer that comprises an extracellular domain of an alpha subunit of an IgE Fc receptor, histidine, proline, methionine, and Poloxamer 188. The fusion protein present in the formulation according to the present invention is contained at a high concentration, has improved stability and thus can be easily administered through subcutaneous injection, and has excellent IgE-binding capacity as compared to existing therapeutic agents comprising an anti-IgE antibody, and thus can be usefully utilized in an injection for treating an IgE-mediated allergic disease.
