Zusammenfassung:The present disclose relates to a process for producing a spray dried powder product from a spray dryable liquid composition. The process comprises flowing the spray dryable liquid composition to an atomizer and generating an atomized spray of the spray dryable liquid composition; contacting the atomized spray of the spray dryable liquid composition in a spray drying contact zone with a stream of primary drying fluid flowed into the spray drying contact zone; inducing transient localized turbulence at multiple loci in the stream of primary drying fluid in the spray drying contact zone during the contacting to enhance drying of the atomized spray of the spray dryable liquid composition to form the spray dried powder product; and recovering the spray dried powder product from the contact zone.
